Tianjin Zhaoyi Jinke Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1990. Our core business is monocrystailine silicon manufacturing. For twenty years, our company has developed into a high-tech enterprise specializing in silicon materials. Our products cover silicon sputtering targets, optical grade silicon special silicon products and solar grade monocrystaline silicon wafers. Especially, we take the lead in the manufacture of silicon sputtering targets, silicon optic products and laser mirrors in China.

Our company is located in Xiqing Industrial Park, Tianjin, with a registered capital of 30 million Yuan and factory buildings of 11,000 square meters. Our company has a wide range of advanced facilities to guarantee the quantity and quality of products, such as complete product lines from silicon growth to precision machining, 20 CZ crystal growing furnaces and 150 precision machining & test instruments. Our technical skills are provided by Semiconductor Material Research Institute and Hebei University of Technology.
